Kamili Toolbox is a browser-based utility suite providing 120+ free tools for images, documents, text, data, and code. Most tools process data entirely in your browser; AI-powered tools require a Kamili account.

You agree not to: • Use the Service for any illegal purpose • Attempt to circumvent security measures • Upload malware or malicious files • Reverse engineer or scrape the Service • Use automated tools to excessively access the API without authorization

The Service, including its code, design, and content, is owned by Kamili Labs LLC and protected by copyright law. You retain ownership of any content you process through the tools.

The Service is free for all standard tools. AI-powered tools require a Kamili account and are subject to monthly usage quotas. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED 'AS IS' WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT RESULTS WILL BE ACCURATE.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, KAMILI LABS LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

We may update these Terms. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
